New York Mobile Home Bill of Sale
This Bill of Sale is made on [Date], by and between:
[Seller's Full Name], residing at [Seller's Address], hereinafter referred to as the "Seller,"
and
[Buyer's Full Name], residing at [Buyer's Address], hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer."
This document serves as a formal agreement for the sale of a mobile home, in accordance with New York State laws regarding the sale and transfer of mobile homes.
The Seller hereby agrees to sell, and the Buyer agrees to purchase the following mobile home:
